Merchant Support Specialist (Austin, TX) is an Austin based blockchain and crypto-currency company.  Our mission is to lead the globe toward a Permission-based economy that recognizes the value of an individual’s time and data


  • Respond to incoming requests for support across all channels: email, live chat, and ticketing system
  • Troubleshoot, resolve and document merchant support issues within SLA
  • Assist with onboarding new merchant accounts
  • Escalate support issues as needed to manager
  • Contribute ideas to improve support processes & productivity

Experience Requirements:

  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Be able to juggle multiple issues effectively and efficiently

Bonus points for having experience with:

  • Support ticketing systems such as Zendesk preferred, but not required
